Research Blog #9: Argument and Counter-Argument

My argument is "Based off of the information I have found, I will discuss the factors contributing to increased tuition as a means of establishing that colleges themselves are not necessarily at fault for the rising costs." I have found several points through research that support this claim. My counter-argument is that colleges can be looked upon as the blame for rising tuition. Factors such as the “administrative bloat” make it seem like it is the colleges themselves that are causing tuition to rise. There are many sources that support this but Carlson is one of the top sources I have found that has many quotes on this idea.
